I think I may be more of a person who loves to cook rather than one who loves to bake. I can spend an hour preparing risotto and find it amazingly relaxing but not so much with baking....I think because baking is often so precise...you cannot really tweek the recipe the way you can with cooking. But all that said, I came across this yummy recipe for chocolate crusted banana blondies and I'm going to give it try. Originally from the New York Times, I found it on this great blog.
