Tossing Around Ideas

I love throw pillows. Cozy & warm....I just adore them. So, when I came across these mini bundles of Mary Flanagan textured felted wool fabric....I had an idea. Each fabric piece is about 8 by 7 inches. All from the same dye lot. Ten in a grouping: I could piece together nine fabrics and make a quilted throw pillow. I'll use one large piece of coordinating material for the back.

I love the variation in texture and vibrant colors. These bundles are available on the Purl Soho site and I can't wait to get started. A few pillows would be so cute in my older daughters room. A perfect autumn reading corner idea! xo
