The Perfect Yarn Find
I am in love with the yarn I grabbed this afternoon! I was in search of a perfect mohair blend in a deep neutral. I found a great 60% kid mohair/40% silk blend at the yarn store. I went with Shibui/Silk Cloud in a warm, lustrous flaxen color. It's so pretty and has such an amazing sheen. I cannot wait to start the Alice Tang poncho that I posted over the weekend. At about 650 yards, this wrap/poncho will be a great project to work on all week. Happy Knitting! xo

I love this yarn too! I have made some amazing scarves with it, a shawl, mixed it with cashmere or a sweater, and am currently starting a sweater. Haven't decided if I should double it, or keep it extra fine!

This yarn is just great. I am already thinking of what to do with it next. Your sweater idea sounds beautiful. Maybe doubled for fingerless gloves?
