Two nights ago, it was quite late....I was knitting and listening to Maroon 5. One might think as I fell asleep, given my choice of music, I might dream of perhaps....let's just say...Adam Levine? Makes perfect sense, right? Sadly....nope. Instead, oddly, I dreamt of being out and having coffee cake. Very strange.

So, a craving for coffee cake has been stuck in my head ever since. With the weekend here, I figure this is the perfect time for baking. My project....this yummy Sour Cream & Pecan Coffee Cake. I found this great recipe on the blog Never Enough Thyme. Made with brown sugar and cinnamon...this treat looks ideal for the fun, basketball watching weekend ahead! Happy Baking! xo
